I’m smitten with the new In-Colours and Vintage Vogue from the new Winter Mini.  I can’t seem to stop cutting out the flowers. It’s a sickness I tells ya!

I had no idea what I was going to do with all these flowers once I had them cut out, but they seem to suit the garland setting, don’t you think? The large flowers are in Melon Mambo, the smaller in Rich Razzleberry with the leaves in Old Olive and, to finish it off, a bit of borrowed bling from Mum (well, not really borrowed, I can’t give it back now that it’s stuck down, can I?). The nicest part of making this card was sitting and chatting to mum while I was cutting out the flowers. It was Mother’s Day and we spent the day stamping and chatting and enjoying each other’s company ~ isn’t that what Mother’s Day is supposed to be like?

I have a few more bits and pieces to show you, but they will have to wait till later in the week.  Until then, enjoy this lovely Autumn weather!

PS- Yes, I’ve changed my blog theme.  I’m not sure if I like it yet, and I think that I will keep playing for a little while.   Please bear with me while I undergo some changes. Thank you! 🙂
