This was another card that I made while I was away- Relaxation can be so inspiring! For this card I’ve used Kiwi Kiss, Bashful Blue, Riding Hood Red inks and used Holiday Treasures DSP and the wonderful eyelet punch. I think that this will feature at some card classes later in the month. It’s a [...]

The lovely, lovely Leonie shared her beautiful tri-fold shutter card and I just had to try it. . .
There are so many gorgeous versions of this card out there in crafting cyber-land, I wasn’t sure if I could make a decent version, so not wanting to “waste” any of my new papers, I used scraps of [...]

As you can see, all I’ve used on these great little cards is 2 pieces of paper. A 9.9cm x 19.8cm piece of cardstock and a piece of Urban Garden DS paper. Because it’s double sided, you can make your cards with a floral theme or flip them over and get a masculine stripe. Ohhhh [...]

So this is what happens when you forget to swipe your embossing buddy over your card stock before you heat ‘n’ stick ‘n’ glitter . . .
. . .you get it everywhere! Loads of gentle brushing and then some firm tap-tap-tap with the brush on the back of the card stock eventually gets it off. [...]

I’d always known that the different coloured roses all had a different meaning, but I decided to look it up when deciding what to put on a friends birthday card. After looking up the meaning , I decided that yellow was the perfect colour for a friend (Primary Significance: Friendship, Joy)! So here it is.
After [...]

Onto some cards n’ stuff. I mentioned that I had been making some cards for upcoming classes, so I better make good on my promise of some show n’ tell otherwise you will think that I am slacking off [...]
